Brief Description
Reduces local property tax liability of surviving spouse, minor children or senior.
Financial Hardship (requirements - age (65 years of age), infirmity, poverty)
Veterans or Surviving Spouse with a war related disability.
Legally Blind
Defers payment of local property tax owed by senior (65 years of age) until house sold or senior dies.
Reduces local property tax liability of senior (65 years of age).
Reduces local property tax liability of surviving spouse of Fire Fighter or Police Officer killed in the line of duty.
Reduces local property tax liability of surviving minor children of Fire Fighter or Police Officer killed in the line of duty.
Reduces local property tax liability in exchange for volunteer service to municipality (60 years of age).
Reduces state income taxes owed for senior (65 years of age) whose property taxes exceed 10% of income.
