7:00 PM *EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Conservation Commission will hold an Executive Session pursuant to Massachusetts General    Laws, Chapter 30A, Section 21-Paragraph 9 to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, and in which Open Session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining Position of the Body, as it         relates to 18 Priscilla Beach Road.
        
The Commission will return to Open Session

7:30 PM William Bennett,  Saquish Head/Duxbury Bay, Parcel ID N/A. A Request for Determination of Applicability to obtain an aquaculture license for the farming and harvesting of shellfish.

7:40 PM Dawn B. Dow, 31 King Philip Road, Parcel ID 053-000-020-024. A Notice of Intent to demolish an existing dwelling and construct a new single family home, including utilities and amenities, within the buffer zone of the top of a coastal bank.
The applicant requests a Local Bylaw Waiver to allow work within the no-disturb and/or no-build buffer zone.
 
7:50 PM Douglas W. Clapp, 253 Manomet Avenue, Parcel ID 046-000-020C-001. A Notice of Intent to demolish a shed and construct a garage, including a wetland enhancement plan, in the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
The applicant requests a Local Bylaw Waiver to allow work within the no-disturb and/or no-build buffer zone.
       
8:00 PM ADM Agawam Development LLC, James Kane, off Wareham Road, Parcel ID 117-000-000A-004.  A Notice of Intent for the installation of approximately 3200 linear feet of overhead electrical utility line, a portion of which is proposed within the buffer zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and Riverfront area of the Agawam River.
