7:25 PM Robert & Beverley Hamel, 111 Manomet Avenue, Plat 48/Lot 49-199.  A Request for Determination of Applicability to repair existing seawall back to its original condition, damaged from April 2007 storm, in the resource of a coastal bank.

7:50 PM Kun Zhao, 19 West Ridge Trail, Plat 95/Lot 50-2.  A Notice of Intent for the construction of a seasonal dock within the resource of Big West Pond.  
This project is also subject to a review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program.

8:00 PM Richard Cotter, 11 Bayberry Road, Plat 50/Lot 4-6.  A Notice of Intent to repair existing seawall back to its original condition on the coastal bank and to construct a new second story deck on the dwelling in the buffer zone of the top of the coastal bank.

8:10 PM Merritt E. Belle Isle, 891 R. Long Pond Road, Plat 113/Lot(s) 5 & 26.  A Notice of Intent to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a new dwelling outside of the buffer zone, including utilities and amenities, driveway, drainage, etc., in the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland of Black Pond.

8:15 PM Judyann Campbell, 127B Taylor Avenue, Plat 45C/Lots 70, 117 & 156.  A Request for Determination of Applicability to construct a second floor addition on the existing dwelling, within the resource of a coastal beach and coastal dune system on White Horse Beach.

8:20 PM Patricia M. Burke, 4 Peachtree Lane, Plat 124/Lot 1-22.  A Notice of Intent to demolish the existing house and construct a new 2-story house with associated grading and utilities, in the buffer zone of Ezekiel’s Pond.
