The Plymouth Conservation Commission will be hosting a presentation on Monday, January 14 that will be of interest to anyone living in or around Plymouth and Myles Standish State Forest.
Ron Aseltine, Fire Warden, District 2 in conjunction with Mark Teixera, Jim Rassman and the staff of the Nature Conservancy will make a presentation on fire danger in our Pine Barrens environment. The talk will include assessment of danger to your home and ways of dealing with the prospect of wild fires.
They will also provide information about controlled burns that have been on-going in Myles Standish State Forest.
