A Notice of Intent to remove top portion of the vertical concrete seawall and construct with new mortared stone top of wall, drop the grade of the back yard, modify existing retaining wall and install new retaining walls; demolish and remove the existing in-ground swimming pool and construct a new in-ground pool with amenities, and install yard drains, in the buffer zone and resource of a coastal bank.
