7:25 PM Nathan Wood, 34 Harlow’s Landing, Parcel ID No. 052-000-025-000.  A Request for Determination of Applicability to alter the roofline of the dwelling with the construction of two shed dormers, in the buffer zone of the top of a coastal bank.

7:30 PM Suresh Brahmavar, 54 Priscilla Beach Road, Parcel ID No. 044-006-576-000.  A Request for Determination of Applicability to remove brush, stone and invasive vegetation and for grading, fence installation and plantings, in the buffer zone of the top of a coastal bank.

7:40 PM Anthony & Marie Caliri, 119E Taylor Avenue, Parcel ID No. 045C-000-133B-000.  A Notice of Intent to raise the existing dwelling onto pilings, construct a 2nd story addition and install a new Title V septic system, in the resource of a coastal dune of White Horse Beach.

7:50 PM James & Sandra White, 40 Shore Drive, Parcel ID No. 050-001-391-000.  A Notice of Intent for the construction of a retaining wall, including grading and plantings, in the buffer zone of the top of a coastal bank.

8:00 PM James & Linda Metivier, 47 Pond View Circle, Parcel ID No. 050-000-002-681.  A Notice of Intent for landscape improvements including the addition of landscape beds and plantings and the replacement of the existing timber walkway with a stone walkway all in the buffer zone of the top of a coastal bank.  Also for a vegetation management plan to include the removal and pruning of invasive plants, the pruning and thinning of native vegetation and for additional plantings, all in the buffer zone of wetland resources and the top of a coastal bank.
        
8:10 PM  Mass Riverways Program -Dept. of Fish & Game , Red Brook Road, Parcel ID No. 130-000-001-000.  A Notice of Intent  for the removal of artificial fill, levees, berms, dikes and flumes to restore the ecological integrity of Red Brook for improving the habitat for fish.  
This project is also subject to review by Natural Heritage Endangered Species Program and MESA.
