Driving Directions to Town Trails
# 1 Eel River Preserve & Russell Mill Pond
From the north, head south on Route 3 to exit 5. Take a right off the exit toward Long Pond Road/Shops @ 5. Travel 1.7 miles. Take a right onto Boot Pond Road, parking is immediately on the left.
From the south, head north on Route 3 to exit 5. Take a left off the exit toward Long Pond Road/Shops @ 5. Travel 1.7 miles. Take a right onto Boot Pond Road, parking is immediately on the left.
# 2 Center Hill Preserve
From the north, head south on Route 3 to exit 2. Take a left off the exit toward Ellisville. Take left onto Herring Pond Road. Bear right onto Route 3A north. Follow approximately 2.25 miles. Bear right onto Center Hill Road and follow approximately 0.8miles. Parking is located on right hand side and further up on left hand side also.
From the south, head north on Route 3 to exit 2. Take a right off the exit toward Ellisville. Take left onto Herring Pond Road. Bear right onto Route 3A north. Follow approximately 2.25 miles. # 3 Russell & Sawmill Pond Conservation Area
From north and south, take Route 3 to exit 6A (Samoset Street/Route 44). Head east on Route 44 to Court Street. Take a left at lights onto Court Street (Route 3A) heading north. Follow approximately 1.45 miles, take a left onto Bourne Street. Follow Bourne Street to the end. Will turn into dirt road for the last section, bear right on dirt road to enter parking area.
