APPLICATIONS FOR PERMITS FOR NEW BUILD, ADDITIONS, AND ALTERATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON-LINE DUE TO THE FACT THAT MOST PROJECTS NEED A FIRST STEP OF ZONING. PLEASE CONTACT THE INSPECTIONAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT WITH ANY QUESTIONS!
Express permits are only for siding, windows, doors and roofs. DO NOT use this form for any other type of building permit requests!
We now provide Express Permits in the office for Siding; Roofing; and *Windows/Doors.
*NOTE: Replacement Windows and/or Doors need the Manufacturer Spec sheet or the actual sticker, showing the U values, to be submitted with the application.

NOTE: This trench permit is not to be used in conjunction with any Board of Health activities (perc test, septic repair, septic installation) or Street Opening Permits.
The Town of Plymouth requires Registered Licensed Electricians and Plumbers to pull these permits.
