Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.

Attorney Angley, representing the petitioner, referred to a written presentation on file in the ZBA office. The co-applicants on this petition are Cingular Wireless and Sprint PCS.
Don Cody, Industrial Communications, said that the company has been a wireless provider in the south shore for over 25 years. Piney Woods Cranberry is the owner of the property.
Kevin Delaney, Industrial Communications, presented a powerpoint presentation.
Craig Joyce, Industrial Communications, said that the site is setback in the woods.
Mr. Cody said that the tower is 150’ monopole tower surrounded by mature pine trees. The tower will be lit as requested by the Airport Commission. The site is dense. There is a privately developed water tower at South Meadow Village that has nothing to do with this tower.

Mr. Flaherty, Flaherty & Stefani, said that there was a large hill between the bogs.
Mr. Morey, Meharg Realty Trust, said that this request is for a continuation of the existing bogs. This does not represent a request for an additional 40 truck trips. The haul road system is in place. Six permits have been issued and five are complete. The trucks on Black Cat Road are empty. The scale is in place. The new bogs will produce hybrid varieties.
