Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.
CASE NO. 3387 – BOG VIEW LLC – BEAVER DAM ROAD
Sitting: Peter Conner, Wendy Longo, Robert Richard, David Peck, and Michael Main.
Mr. Richard read the legal advertisement into the record again.
Attorney Angley said that the sprinklers would be put in every new building that a fire truck could not get around. The petitioner will move Mary Dowd’s driveway which is on the petitioner’s property. The petitioner will put in a new driveway and landscaping. A letter will be sent to Matt Smith regarding the drainage concerns. In reply to the NSTAR letter the dumpsters will be moved from the easement. New plans were submitted with a revision date of 12/20/06. The bus stop is gone. The fire hydrant was located on the plans.
Mr. Richard made a motion to continue the hearing to February 21, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. Main seconded.
No further business came before the Board.
