MEMBERS PRESENT: William Sims, Michael Main, and Marc Betti.

Mr. Sims called the meeting to order and explained that the Board would not be able to hear the case before the Board this evening because there were only three members present.
CASE NO. 3439R – SECURED REALTY, INC. – STATE ROAD
Mr. Betti read the legal advertisement into the record.
Mr. Sims read the letter from Attorney Angley asking for a continuance if a full Board was not seated.
Mr. Main made a motion to continue Case No. 3439R to April 9, 2008 at 7:45 p.m.
Mr. Betti seconded.
Unanimously continued to 7:45 p.m. on April 9, 2008..
No further business came before the Board.
