Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.
CASE NO. 3489 – ELDRED FOSTER – JOHN ALDEN ROAD

Mr. Peck read legal advertisement into the record.
Mr. Foster said the deck will be extended out over the retaining wall. The retaining wall is three feet high.

Mr. Drollett said that the shed is needed to store his pool supplies and furniture. The temporary shelter is being removed.
