Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.
CASE NO. 3499 – ROBERT McMAKIN – COCHITUATE ROAD
Sitting: Peter Conner, William Keohan, Michael Main, David Peck, and Ed Conroy.
Mr. Peck read legal advertisement into the record.
Mr. Conner said that the legal advertisement was incorrect and that a new advertisement was published. He requested a motion to continue this case with notice of new advertisement.
Mr. Main made a motion to continue Case No. 3499 to Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. to satisfy the requirements of the legal notice.
Mr. Peck seconded.
Unanimously continued to September 3, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.
No further business came before the Board.
