Surviving Spouse of Fire Fighter or Police Officer (Clause 42)Reduces local property tax liability of surviving spouse of Fire Fighter or Police Officer killed in the line of duty.
Surviving Minor Children of Fire Fighter or Police Officer (Clause 43)Reduces local property tax liability of surviving minor children of Fire Fighter or Police Officer killed in the line of duty.
