Plymouth Town Hall Town Manager/Selectmen’s Office Common Victualler License (To serve or prepare food) Process Length:    Approximately 2 weeks if you have already completed the process with the Building and Health Departments. Fee:  $50.00 Renewal Time:  Once a year – December 31. Process: You must complete a Common Victualler Application, a Workers Compensation Insurance Affidavit and a REAP Form. Once this is completed and turned in to us then we will put it on the agenda for the next Board of Selectmen Meeting. Before I give you your license I need to get a sign off from the Building and Health Departments.
