Plymouth Town Hall Town Manager/Selectmen's Office Junk Dealer's License Process Length:  Approximately two weeks Fees:  $75.00 Renewal Time:  Once a year - May 1. Process:   You must complete a Junk Dealer's License Application,  a Workers Compensation Insurance Affidavit and a REAP Form. Once this is completed and turned in to us we will put it on the agenda for the next Board of Selectmen's meeting. Before the license is issued to you we will need to get a sign off from the Building Department.
