Plymouth Town Hall Town Manager/Selectmen’s Office Pool Table License Process Length:  Approximately two weeks. Fees:    $50.00 for the first table, $25.00 every other table. Renewal Time:  Once a year, May 1st. Notes:  Please look at the Automatic Amusement Guidelines for requirements. Process: You must complete an Pool Table License Application and a REAP Form.  You must supply us with a sketch or hand drawn floor plan to scale.  This will be forward to our Building Department for them to determine if there is enough square footage for the amount of machines that you are requesting.
