Town Manager

General Powers and Duties

The Town Manager is the chief administrative officer of the Town of Plymouth. The Town Manager is responsible to the Board of Selectmen for the effective management of all town affairs placed in their charge by the Charter, the Selectmen, by-law, or vote of the representative town meeting. The Town Manager is responsible for the implementation of town policies established by the Board of Selectmen.
