The Town of Plymouth is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for scanning and indexing services compatible with Laserfiche for approximately 525,000 pages of documents and plans from various Town Departments.

Proposals are to be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2023.*

All proposals are subject to the provisions of MGL c.30B.

The awarding authority is the Town Manager who reserves the right to reject all proposals if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
