Tax Collectors - Information on Purchasing a Beach Sticker

All beach stickers are sold by the Tax Collectors office starting May 2018 (Mon, Wed & Thurs 7:30am-4pm, Tues 7:30am-6:30pm, and Fri 7:30am-12:00pm).  Stickers may be purchased for some vehicles through the Online Payment System. If the license plate of the vehicle you wish to buy a sticker for is not listed, you must purchase the sticker by mail or at the Tax Collector's office.

FY18 Stickers (purple) are valid through June 30, 2018.  FY19 stickers are required July 1, 2018 and valid through June 30, 2019. 

  • Regular Resident Beach/Pond Sticker  $35, Senior $10
  • Long Beach 4x4 Sticker  $55, Senior $27  (Before purchasing a 4x4 Sticker please review the Long Beach 4x4 Permit Policy)

Recreation Department-Access to Beaches and Ponds with Resident Beach Sticker

Beach wheel chairs (pictured at right) are stationed at the following locations: Plymouth Beach, White Horse Beach, and Hedges Pond. They are portable and can be moved to other locations. They are available for use when the beaches open full time starting June 23, 2018. To reserve a beach chair please contact the Beach Director # 508-665-3164. (must give the department at least 3 days notice if a chair needs to be moved to another location).

Marine and Environmental - Long Beach 4x4 Access

The Crossover Gate will open Saturday, May 26th for Memorial Day Weekend through Monday, September 3rd, Labor Day.

The Crossover gate will be open daily from 9am to 7pm, however, access can be restricted due to permitted vehicle limits, tides, storm conditions, and local, state and federal laws (wetlands regulations, endangered species acts).  For information on 4x4 crossover access, dog information, camping information please go to Long Beach information.
