Short Term Rental

For Rent
On April 28th, 2021, the Board of Health approved the Short Term Rental Affidavit and Registration (click here) forms and guidelines. 
 
Please complete and return the following documents to the Plymouth Public Health Department Office as soon as possible.

1) A completed copy of the short-term rental registration form. 
2) A signed copy of the short-term rental self-attestation affidavit.
3) A signed copy of the Good Neighbor Guidelines
 
You do not need to have a Pre-Rental inspection

The Short-Term Rental (STR) regulations will be submitted as a by-law warrant article to the Fall Town Meeting. The STR regulations have not been drafted as of this time. Once they are available, they will be posted on this site.
