Based on current piping plover and least tern activity along Ryder Way, the night-time restriction on recreational vehicle access has been moved northward to provide increased access. A portion of the Day Parking Area, as well as the Fishermen's Turnaround and the designated roadside parking areas up to the Day Parking Area, are available until 9:00pm as usual. The northern part of the Day Parking Area and the roadway and parking areas beyond it, are closed for vehicle access beginning at 7:00pm, including for fishing access.
