The least terns in the colony near the Day Parking Area have completed their nesting activity for this season. The 7:00pm night restriction has been moved to the northern end of the Day Parking Area and will remain in place until all of the least tern chicks along the road between the Day Parking Area and the Crossover are able to fly. The Day Parking Area, Fishermen's Turnaround and the designated parking areas up to the Day Parking Area are available until 9:00pm per the Town bylaws. Some limited vehicle access for night fishing is available beyond the Day Parking Area.
