2025 Resident Beach and Long Beach 4x4 stickers are now available for online purchase through City Hall Systems.
Beginning May 19th through August 8th, Beach Parking and Long Beach 4x4 stickers may be purchased in-person during specific hours in the Tax Collector’s office at Town Hall located at 26 Court Street.

Please keep in mind that purchasing a sticker online is a multi-step process, and submission of an application online will not grant access to the beach. Beach access will only be granted once your information has been verified by City Hall Systems.
To purchase a Long Beach 4x4 Sticker online:
- Review the Long Beach 4x4 Sticker Eligibility Policy to check eligibility before submitting an application for a Long Beach 4x4 sticker.
- Submit an application through City Hall Systems. Please be sure to provide all required information with the application.
- Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email notification that your order has been received and is in process. This email is NOT a receipt and cannot be used as a temporary pass to gain access to the beaches.
- Upon verification of your information, you will receive a second email that your order has been successfully processed and will be mailed to you. THIS EMAIL WILL CONTAIN A RECEIPT ATTACHMENT THAT CAN BE USED BY YOU AS A TEMPORARY STICKER FOR A PERIOD OF 14 DAYS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR PERMANENT STICKER.

NOTE:
Sticker purchases made by check or ACH (eCheck) will require a 7 day hold (in additional to the normal processing time) before they are mailed to ensure funds have cleared. If you need a sticker quickly, please pay by credit card.
If a 4X4 sticker is purchased for a vehicle without 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, the sticker will be revoked and no refund will be issued.
