There are no unfledged piping plover or least tern chicks remaining along Ryder Way, so the 7:00pm vehicle restriction located at the Day Parking Area has been lifted. Ryder Way is fully accessible until 9:00pm (Plymouth Bylaws 30-20) as usual, including the Fishermen's Turnaround, the Day Parking Area, the Landing Lot, harborside parking areas and the designated parking areas along the road. Night fishing access is available in these areas as well.
