Town of Plymouth Monitoring Reports of Deceased Waterfowl

The Town of Plymouth is monitoring reports of deceased waterfowl in coordination with state and federal agencies. Waterfowl, poultry, shorebirds, and raptors are at the highest risk, while songbirds remain at very low risk.

Residents are reminded to:

  • Never touch or rescue birds on ice
  • Follow proper safety measures and protective wear when handling backyard poultry
  • Keep backyard poultry corralled
