SeeClickFix

SeeClickFix is a community-driven tool and request management system that bridges the gap between residents and the Town of Plymouth to increase resident engagement and improve Town services.

Use SeeClickFix to report quality-of-life concerns such as potholes, cracked sidewalks, litter/trash, flooding, fallen limbs or trees in roadways, and so much more. SeeClickFix is not monitored 24/7 so issues related to public safety or those requiring immediate attention should be reported directly to the Plymouth Police Non-Emergency Line at (508) 830-4218 or 911 for Emergencies.

OpenGov Online Permitting

OpenGov is a web-based electronic and document workflow solution that allows residents, owners, architects, contractors, and homeowners to initiate and complete permit submissions. Users can follow approvals, converse with staff, and pay fees, online from anywhere, 24 hours 7 days a week. This is particularly helpful for submitting building permits online.

Click here to check out OpenGov, additional departments will have online permitting available in the next few weeks. The goal is to consolidate permitting processes, in one easily accessible place.
