Town of Plymouth Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program
The Town of Plymouth, Office of Community Development, has funds available to be used for housing rehabilitation loans to homeowners of low and moderate income for the purpose of making repairs related to health and safety issues - leaky roof, plumbing, rotted siding, or windows, outdated electrical systems, failed heating systems, handicap accessibility, repair/replace failed septic systems, emergency repairs, etc. Please refer to the flyer below for current income limits for the Town of Plymouth's Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program.
These are 2% interest, deferred payment loans, with the principal and interest due upon sale or transfer of property.
