Roads Advisory Committee


The Roads Advisory Committee shall be responsible to review and make recommendations to the Select Board concerning: the classification or re-classification of gravel or private roads, requests for paving of a Minor Collector of Special Character (MCSC), requests for upgrading to Gravel Road Standard, and paving of a Rural Conservation Road (RCR), road management issues, betterment assessment issues, other road-related issues at the request of the Select Board.

The Roads Advisory Committee was established by Plymouth Town Meeting through the 
Road Management and Repair By-law, Chapter 162, Article II.
