The Town of Plymouth, through the Community Preservation Committee (CPC), is pleased to contribute $4 million in partnership with developer Grantham Group, LLC, and A.D. Makepeace Company toward the construction of Cranberry Commons, a new senior affordable housing development in Redbrook Village. This project will offer 62 one-bedroom apartments, providing much-needed affordable housing for seniors in our community. It also aligns with the CPC’s goals to effectively utilize resources and maximize affordability.
"The Town of Plymouth appreciates the Healey-Driscoll administration's ongoing dedication to affordable housing," said Town Manager, Derek Brindisi. "This award reinforces the Town's commitment to expanding affordable housing options for our residents."
