The Town of Plymouth's Title V Septic Loan Program is designed to allow residents to update their failing septic system so they can stay in their homes. To be eligible, the system has to have proof of failure. This loan is provided through the Town at a 5% interest rate for a period of 5, 10, or 15 years.
